Imperial Lemon..my favorite yellow
This is my favorite yellow. It is absolutely huge. If you look closely you can see part of my hand in the picture for comparison. It is such a bright true yellow and has been blooming for quite some time....

Holy Geepers! If you hadn't had that hand there, I'd never have believed it was that big? Wowzer!

OED: No, it isn't fragrant
Helen: I just went out and tried to measure as I was taking a picture. I'm afraid I wasn't holding the ruler exactly in the right place but you can still tell it is right at 8 inches across. This was an inexpensive daylily, I think in the $8.00 range. It has about 5 big blooms a day on it.

"THUNK" . . . would someone please bring the Hosta Helmet over to this forum? I think I need it!!!!
I've gotta have this for my collection of Yellows, it won't be complete without it.
Honestly though, when I saw your hand I thought that first picture was some kind of trick photography!!!!
