Hi Dori!!

I would, but I don't have anything really that old enough to trade.....How many fans should it be? I do have Always Afternoon & Don Stevens that I have never touched and they have a big clump.....Or even the yellow Spiffy is big....:hmm:....It would give me practice digging them too....

We will have to just see if anyone pipes in......I could go shopping, too....but then the one big nursery I have been to really didn't have anything good...I'd have to hit the others....It would be fun!!

Thanks for offering to do it!! :D

That sounds like fun, Dori! :D Great idea! 8-) I'm sure I could find something that is big enough to divide.

Hi Dori!

Unfortunately, I am in a similar boat with LucyGoose. I am so new to daylilies, that I don't have much to offer. I could go shopping too, but it is so blasted hot right now I don't want to leave the house, let alone walk around the local nursery LOL!

If you need more people and I can manage a shopping trip I would be interested.

Please let me know how many fans are the norm for a trade.

Hi Dori,

Sounds like fun!

I think a single healthy fan of a daylily is good, a double fan would be ideal. More would be fine too...

When would we be mailing these out?

Thanks for organising this!

Dori, I think your original idea of two named plants would give a better value for the postage involved, but whatever works... Hope there are a lot of signups, maybe people are busy over the weekend. Will be watching for updates!

Sure Dori, why not keep it open a couple more days... hopefully more people will see it and sign up. I'm having fun deciding what might be good to send... will check for wish-lists when the names are sent out!

Dori, I wanted to congrat. you on some outragously beautiful seedlings! That last one from TRish is the best.
Now you have to tell us the size of the bloom, and if you have any extra fans.

Sorry, I can't join the trade. I'm out of room in the gardens. I know I will have to make another garden next year. I'm green with jealousy over all the land some of you have.

What a nice looking tomato! The child looks good too!

I was thinking a moment ago that I'd be hard pressed to name a better thing overall than a tomato. Give me a salt shaker and a tomato patch and I can entertain myself for a little while. :D

That is the cutest picture! I love her curly hair! And that tomato looks great, too! I wish I had room to do a few. I did do 2 in 5 gallon bukkets.....one was a cherry tomato, which always do good, but the other one only gave us like 4...:-(

Okay I will wait for the pm with my name.....Can't wait!

Thanks Dori! :D
