I'am new to this side of the forum, moving in to a new house ( garden) this year with some 350 Hostas, but the better half wants color in the garden. So what do you recomend for a Daylily novice.

Daylilies are so easy to grow. You just have to find out what will grow in your area and decide what kinds you like!!

Daylilies are tough, and very easy
Figure out if you want to grow diploids or tetraploids, then climate, dormants for the north, evergreens for the south
Buy some early season, some mid season, and some late season, for as long of a bloom period as you can make it
