Teagate daylilies

I don't usually post here, as daylilies take a back seat in our garden. But when they're blooming (and we've succeeded in keeping the deer away from them), they certainly do shine.

Strawberry Candy is perhaps the showiest, in terms of covering itself with bloom (and for a long period).

Siloam Rainbow Magic is just pretty, even if the color isn't anything eye-catching. Sometimes you need a calm color for balance.

Mauna Loa may be the only truly orange flower in our garden (by design), but we like the subtle purple overlay on the "hot lava" blooms.

I hadn't gotten pics of these two that day. With the gazillion daylily cultivars out there, why not buy (decent) ones with names you like?

This last one is great, not for the name, but for its superior fragrance.
