My mother in law gave me this recipe about 3 years ago, it is one of the best dishes there is to go with "holiday" dinners or just when ever ya feel like it.. should have put it up before Thanksgiving but maybe ya can try for Christmas.
Cranberry Salad
2 small boxes lemon jello
1 cup diced apples (red and yellow mix)
1 cup seedless grapes
1 cup pecans
1 bag of cranberries (crush in food processor or blender)
1 large can of crushed pineapple

DRAIN PINEAPPLE AND SAVE JUICE.
MIX HEATED JUICE WITH JELLO STIR UNTIL DESOLVED. (NO OTHER LIQUID NEEDED)

Re: CRANBERRY SALAD
I'll have to show this to my DD, Cricket. She's the cranberry lover in our house. I do love all the other stuff in it though.
I'll also have to get the recipe for the cranberry sauce my DD made on Thanksgiving. She was going to just open a can, but then saw we had some frozen cranberries and decided to make her own for the holiday. I didn't eat any of it , but she and my DH both said it was very good.
