What are your favorite things to make with the Turkey Day Leftovers?????????????
I am going to try a Turkey Pizza using Turkey, A jar of alfredo sauce Black olives onions mushrooms and anything else I think sounds like it would fit on a pizza. :lol:

Cut the turkey into chunks, if you had a ham, cut that into chunks too. Mix them 50:50, line a dish with pastry put in the mix with some stock. Cover with a pastry lid, bung into the oven and Voila! Turkey and ham pie.

And/Or

Mix up a curry sauce, add chilli powder to taste, simmer the turkey bits in the curry sauce until heated through and serve on a bed of boiled rice.

That's what we do after Christmas.

The pie idea sounds wonderful. Out of leftovers though. Have to wait till after Christmas to try :snow:
(Made the pizza and had ham sandwiches)
DH was off of work and ate everything else :lol: :lol:
