Quick & easy, no mess cookies....using brownie mix

Post by hostaaddict »

I do this when I' m wanting a home baked cookie but don't want to spend the time or make big mess in the kitchen...so simple! In fact I just made a batch. We love these!
..
I take regular box of Brownie mix (fudge best but whatever)
Follow directions to mix and then I add a little flour. I think about 1/3 cup or 2/3 more, (depends on the brand of brownie mix,i just spoon it in and mix) till batter still soft but more like cookie batter. (not stiff tho) Add nuts and raisins and put big spoonfuls on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 11 mins. Don't overbake. Then frost with some chocolate icing, either homemade or whatever.

These taste like the Charlie Browns but can make 2 cookie sheets full and have them baked, frosted and ready to eat, all in about 25 mins. :D what we don't use in first day I freeze as they freeze quite well. We like them right out of the freezer
