This is Easy

Pumpkin Pie Cake

1-16oz can pumpkin (about 2 cups)
3 eggs
1 can evaporated milk
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 cup sugar

Beat together and pour into a 9 x 13 pan
(I sprayed mine with PAM)

Sprinkle a box of yellow or white cake mix over the top of this and cut up 1 and 1/2 sticks of butter (or margarine) over the top.
Sprinkle 1/2 chopped nuts over top and bake for 1 hour at 350.

Serve with cool whip

Tastes like you slaved away!!!!!!!!!

sounds very interesting. I will have to try that. Is it more like a cake or a pie when finished? thanks for sharing......Jackie

Hey, I made this for thanksgiving and everyone loved it. Said they would rather have this than pie! Especially good warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

That's how my husband eats it. Cuts a piece Plops on a couple scoops of ice cream and zaps it in the microwave. He is waiting for me to make another pan!!
