The first one looks like Matrona Sedum but the pic is too small to be sure.

When the second one blooms it will easier to I.D.

I received Sedum 'Matrona' from JaneH in the perennial trade a few years ago. That's my guess for the first one too. I'm not sure about the other one. Sedum 'Rosy Glow' maybe? I received that one too. :D Hopefully Jane will pop in and can confirm their identities for you.
