latest painting

Hi,
This is my latest oil painting which I have been doing when I havn't been able to get into the garden because of the rain,
The painting is on two canvases two foot by two foot making the painting four foot long by two foot high.

a new variety of koi?

Nicely done, George. It reminds me of a Japanese garden a few miles from Victoria, where a man has laid down a "stream" made from concrete - and he's painted various Koi on the concrete so that it looks like the stream has fish in it. Here's a picture of it -
