I have 2 Walker's Low and would like one more. If I take a cutting would it readily root??

The easiest thing is to take you shovel, and just chop off a good chunk. I did this last and the year before I took out 2 chunks. 1/2 of the plant each time and by the end of the year its back to it's original size. One while blooming and once while it was just coming up. Just fill in the whole with good soil and it will grow fine.

They will. I did some this spring and some in the fall. Sometimes the percentage rooting is low, but do several into tiny pots and keep moist and shaded. It does take several weeks. I used rooting powder.
