New Greenhouse Time

This past week when I went to change the old greenhouse plastic I found the base that wasn't treated lumber had turned
to mush due to all the rain we have been getting. So it was time to start looking at what is available in the kits due to
DH had decided it was wise to do a kit instead of build what was there after pricing materials. So for the past few weeks
I have been reading all the reviews and comparing materials for the price range we had to work with. We have cleaned
out the old one, the new one has arrived and being put together in the garage while the area is being prepared w/new
electrical to both greenhouses. When it is complete I'll post photos. DH last night stated he didn't know selecting a greenhouse
was like trying to find a new house. Of which our plans on moving are being put on hold for a few years. I'm also seeing more
PVC fencing in our future.

A sneak peak:

Yesterday I finally finished the kit only to have one window frame to fall, so I will need to get a replacement.

That's really nice, but yes, looks like a bigger one would help! We are going to try and get a couple hoop houses set up to do winter propagating and grow veggies year round. I'm hoping we can find used ones like we did at the old place - we had 8 hoop houses/greenhouse structures and only 4 were purchased new. After we sold them all off we actually made a good amount of money as we sold some for more than we bought them for :)

Do you have room for a bigger or second greenhouse?

Chris, I have a second one that is handmade for the Brugmansia but B. Shorty's
Variegated needs to be warmer than what we keep the Brug House. So until she
drops all the blooms she has to be right where she is. I will cut her back when the
blooms are done. This year I have a little room in the Brug House but fear that
she will die if she goes in there. We have talked about another kit to go where
the Brug house is and then move the Brug house to the garden area. We have enough
land to build two more houses here according to the County on our lot. If I had my
way I'd have Six more greenhouses!!
