This waiting is really getting to me. DH just came in from the barn and said to make I sure I take my cell phone to bed with me.

Said he went to wrap her tail and she never got up and she was biting at her stomach.

Poor thing...I hate to think of her laboring so long.

I still have hopes that it will be today. Just hope all goes well.

Neither one of us can stay home but the neighbor has said he will check her. I will leave for work in about an hour and I'll check her, DH will probably run home for lunch and check her and then he will be home between 3-4 to check her again. I HATE leaving her...

Too bad PeggyB is gone all week.....I'd be temped to have her keep checking if she was home....At least she could call if something started happening....

Off to work I go now, too.....Another day waiting.....

Oh Peg, I think DH wanted to really drive over to get you your hosta's.....But I don't think he was so worried about the hosta's as he was getting to maybe see the colt be born.....I don't know how many times he said this weekeen.....*I (not we....hehe) could have got Peg her hosta's and been back home by now.....* He kept mentioning it, too.......Soo funny!

Now it's my turn to wait for someone else's baby! I hope Miss Poco waits until everyone is home from work. I think I would call in sick or something. Hope it all goes smoothly since their vet is having surgery today.
