my new puppy..

Post by outtahand »

I got a new Rhodesian Ridgeback puppy, her name is "Echo".
I got her 6 days aago, she's my new show puppy. She has a
decent background in performance events also, so she should
be lots of fun. She's already like velcro, following me everywhere,
and wants to sleep draped across whatever part of my body is available.
She's really well socialized, loves the people at Petsmart,
and came to me already housebroken to a doggie door,
which I have!
I attached a picture of her, and a picture of her ridge.
Its funny, when I see a picture of a perfect ridge, like hers, i always
think of a planarian worm!!!

I need a suggestion of a hosta name that relates to the word ECHO.
My other 2 have registered names that contain a hosta name.
Vyrtuous Summer Music, and Baraka's Dancing in the Rain.
This girl will have Vyrtuous as the first word in the name.
Minnow gave me the suggestion of Lakeside Ebony Echoes,
which is a pretty name, and a pretty hosta. I found the hosta name
Sound of Music, but cant find a pic, so i assume its not widely available.
Any suggestions would be appreciated!!

She's a beauty! Congrats on the new baby. May she bring you years of fun and companionship. I'm glad she's bonded with you. I too have a velcro dog but he was 8 weeks old when he came to live in our house. Are ya going to show her? Later, Love, Lisa

Have I mentioned lately that my drinking team has a hosta problem?

thanks for the congrats, I am really happy with her!

Lisa, yes, I am definitely going to show her, I think she
will do well, she should have the same beautiful movement
that Fable, my champion girl has.
Lucy, I love her feet! They do look like platforms there, dont they?
My breeder usually always produces dogs with great feet.

Here is a picture of Echo, with the 2 other girls...

What a great looking dog! I like the ridge... is there a Hosta with Ridge in the name? :hmm: Actually they're all beautiful! You must have quite the dog food bill!
