I'm in love again. What a wonderful little girl. Rocky was born June 12, and I just love to watch him. Maggie Mae, wow. Is she a digger? Rocky is. And he eats dirt.

She is beautiful, I love a dark brindle. Rocky has very little brindle on his back and legs. But I still love him. He is so clumsy. And his legs are getting longer too.

Lovey girl.

Not a digger yet  She is crated during the day (I hate to do that but it is best for now) so is only outside supervised and she is still getting used to everything. My ratties are not being very nice to her right now, but she is a puppy and bouncing around and stepping on them, wanting their chewies (even though they have not touched them in months) and touching them   It is partly your fault Fullofit, Rockey gave me puppy fever!!!

She is a beauty, Ginger. So, how many dogs are you up to now? I think I've
lost track.

She is just beautiful! I'm the same way about pets... when they are up for adoption at pet stores, I can't even go on that side of the store, or I just want to come home with all of them and love them for the rest of their lives.

She's one lucky doggie to have found a good home :)

Congrats Ginger! I love boxers and that would have been my first choice if Nelson hadn't come along. She's a beauty. All the best to you and Maggie Mae.

A few updated pics of Maggie. She is almost 7 months now and still pretty small and skinny. Took her to the vet last week because she kept having runny stools. No parasites, so we are looking at the kibble and most likely will have to change it. In the meantime the vet gave me some pills to try to stop the runs. So far it is better. I never thought I would get all excited about turds but last night we had real turds not soft serve
Such a sweet face!

I love those pics. Boxer pups are just as full of it as can be. The one with MM on her back with legs flailing in the air is so typical of boxers. Rocky does that all the time. Now that the ground is frozen and covered with snow he isn't digging for dirt. But has discovered frozen turds. Yuk. I'm hoping that age will cure that bad habit.

He is just 7 months (june 12), and weighs 48 #, has had his neurering done, and has just discovered his voice. He'll bark at neighbors, and other dogs, and always seems surprised at that sound coming out of his mouth. Soooooo cute.

We use IAMS large breed kibbles, with no problems

I will check that out. I have heard that putting a couple of pieces of pineapple in their food will stop them from eating poop. It makes it yucky and they don't like it. The pineapple won't hurt them either, but give them the little cut up pieces, not a whole round. Maggie is not eating poop, but one of my rat terriers likes to try it  so I am going to try the pineapple on him.

Thanks Gloria, She is a joy.
