Another part of my success was switching to a low salt diet. I'm not sure if I mentioned that before. It makes you constantly read food labels and really watch what you use in cooking. The low salt diet was originally an attempt to combat Meniere's as medication hadn't been working for the past few years, and the weight loss was a nice surprise, really.
So I've reached my goal of losing 60 pounds, but now I hope to loss 15 to 20 more - maybe by the end of 2010
