Yup...ww is the plan i can work with. Have you visited Applebee's? They have dinners where the points are all ready counted out for ya! Great tip on Progresso soup. I'll be adding that to my shopping list promptly. Later, Love, Lisa

I've seen the commercials, but can anyone tell me what the sodium content is on these before I make a long trip to buy?
Thanks

K...the soups whole name is Light Southwesern-style vegetable. WW has it down as "O"points. 840 mg of sodium which is 35% of the cans content. 60 calories for one cup and the can holds 2 servings. Is that allot of sodium? Later, Love, Lisa

840 milligrams is 35% of the recommended daily allowance (RDA) of sodium (per serving) in a 'normal' diet. Even for a person who is under no sodium restrictions this is a pretty high sodium content.

For those of us on a reduced sodium intake, this is WAY too high.
