Finally got off the plateau

For the last 3 weeks I have either lost a very small amount or gained that same small amount back

So, the week of Thanksgiving I suddenly loose 4.6 lbs

wonder how many points a happy dance earns me?

Fantastic Tami!!

I finally got me a Omron HJ-112 pedometer. It arrived today. So now I will know how much I walk around the as well as the miles I walk WATP. I put it on at 2pm and I am right under 6000 steps as I type.

My stepmom took me shopping yesterday and I decided to get a new pair of jeans. That means I HAVE to try them on.

I got my size 12 went to the fitting room and came out doing the Happy Dance back to the rack to get a size 10!!!!

I will have to get a scale down the road here soon.

Wow, that is great, Claudia!

I hope to someday fit into a size 10, maybe in a year of so. That will probably be my end size.

Keep up the good work.

I think I need to get a new pedometer, mine is gettting 'twisted' at the clip and keeps falling off. Maybe for x-mas.

Glad to read you finally got off your plateau....me too. I know I was eating way to much shrimp cocktails over the holiday for the scale to more down. Congrats to you! Later, Love, Lisa
