I went out yesterday to get a picture of the Bloodroot only to find them closed up for the night! The Dutchman's Breeches will have to do...

Dicentra 'Gold Heart' quickly became a favorite hosta companion. Makes a great contrast with the blues. Too bad it doesn't have a better backdrop than an ugly cement foundation :???:

Not a shade plant...a saxifrage in the rock garden. Still kind of flat from winter.

I enjoyed them all, but I have to say, I didn't notice the cement wall till I read you saying it :)

Thanks for the comments, everyone. It's been cool and rainy the last two days. Once it warms back up, lots of things should be popping up!
