John, those appear like some of our Calla lilies leaves. Have they bloomed?

Aroids, yes, calla lilies, no. The variegated one is Arum italicum, the other may be a solid-colored form of the same for all I know, but definitely something closely related.

I know the Aarum Italicum puts up Red Berrys on a stem and is some times called a candel flower. But the other plant I have never seen bloom. Will keep close look on it this yeaar.

viktoria, so you think it's a aroids? That is what I first thought but I know my one calla lilie looks more like this one and it won't bloom in the
shade we have it in. I got the same things Coot has and silly me put them in the shade too. I can't believe how they both have taken over and I thought the aroids
needed to be dug up in the fall due to they couldn't take the cold climate?? Correct me here, please.

Calla lilies are also aroids. Some aroids are hardy. Think Jack-in-the-Pulpits, for example.
