What, When and How to feed my babies

After a month of growing my new seedlings I realized that I've never fertilized. Not so coincidentally, that fact may explain their painfully slow growth.

So I've picked up some Miracle Grow today and need to know what is the appropriate mix of water to Miracle Grow and how often should they be fed? I assume the instruction's stated amount would be too strong for this purpose.

I currently bottom water so I assume I'll just add some fertilizer to my normal watering schedule.

I put about 1/4 tsp of miracle grow blue fertilizer granules in a 2 liter bottle of water.
