Will last years seeds grow?

I've saved seeds that I bought last year but never got around to planting. They've been stored at room temperature in an envelope. Will they germinate?

Normally they will.
It is said to be better to keep them cold, but I have had no problems.

I had some seeds that were misplaced for several years, and I nearly threw them out, but then decided to give them a try. That particular time I had great germination rates.
I would go ahead give them a try. If you don't want to waste the space with planting them in seed starting mix, take a few of them, put them in a paper towel and fold it up and slip it in a plastic bag. Put it in a warm spot, and check in a week or so to see if anything is sprouting.
I always think it's worth a shot!
