Seedling using pollen from Dostoyevsky

Post by redcrx »

Last year I planted seeds from plants I had crossed with pollen from a red flowered plant named Dostoyevsky viewtopic.php?f=1&t=60840
Late in the season I moved some of the seedlings into my garden. (I didn't see any red flowers from those that flowered earlier just purples.)
One of the seedling has a white center - weird - unless my garden map is wrong. I believe this is a cross with a plain green plant I got from Art Wrede viewtopic.php?f=1&t=57978&p=501938&hilit=plain#p501938

Very nice! I hope it leads to more advancement on the red flower front. :D
