infected Patriot

Post by Rosenzobel »

Hi...

my question.

my Patriot has some very small collpsing tissue-parts on a few leaves. I dont know wheter its from cold in spring or if it is the Virus ( got no pics yet). These symptoms are only in the middle of the leaves- and won´t go to the edge or the heart of the leave. And it it is not along the veins!..

Has anybody any pictures of infected Patriot to show?????

Or how does the virus look like on a Patriot ??...

TX for help

If it looks like this one, I'd say it is indeed infected. This particular plant looked suspect last year but I could never find anything on the leaves that would make me believe it was infected. Again, this year lots of puckering and it wasn't until I looked at all the close-ups I shot that I discovered this and there is little doubt in my mind. It was planted in 2005.
