No doubt about it, that is Hosta Virus X. They were at our local grocery store last summer like that too, though I don't think they sold many because now there are diseased Sum and Substance planted around their sign out by the parking lot

Figures...can't sell it - plant it. I'm sure they'll divide it up and try to sell it again.

I did talk to three people there about it - particularly the who does their ordering. They were going to look into it and did listen (all three of them) to what I had to say about it. Not much more I can do about it than that. We'll see if they're still there in a couple days. Can't stop going - love their store for produce and meat. Haven't bought hostas there in a long time.
