Please tell me that this is not HVX. I have been waiting for this Bressingham Blue to get big and bloom for 5 yrs. Thanks BEV

No, it isn't HVX! :D

Don't worry about it - it isn't anything - maybe a little heat or drought stress, maybe a little mite damage (you can see them on the back of the leaves), but definitely not virus :D
