Bressingham blue

Okay, just trying to learn. The yellow veining in this Bressingham blue, would that be hvx? If you need more pics, glad to attach. I grow almost all of my hostas in pots. I try to just observe them for a couple of years. Is there any other conditions that can mimic hvx? We've had frost/hail/excessive rainfall for the past two months, and I haven't been able to fertilize them. Thanks
