Stained glass HVX or sun burn?

Post by Mamauk »

And one more worrying hosta

I hope that my Stained glass has suffered in nursery garden cold damage or it's sun burn. Or is this also HVX. It's from different nursery garden than Paul's glory and Honeybells.

Thanks, Saija

Could be sunburn. This does not look at all like HVX so I think you are okay with this one. Stained Glass will adjust to its new spot and put out new leaves quickly. :)

Thanks, one saved :D

I think that next year I will order my new hostas from Fransen Hostas or from Hostaworld (vandentop). They are aware of HVX and at least try stop HVX. Maybe then it would be more probably to get healthy hostas.
