Is this a form of "bleed"

I noticed this on a hosta in a store. It looked odd but not quite vein bleed or is it.

Ed, I can't tell the variety but this looks like it could be the results of edema, like in Frances Williams.
We just put together a talk on hosta pests and diseases for the Maine Hosta Society and showed a series
of photos detailing the effects of edema in a straight timeline on Linda Sue, the wide margined FW.
This is interesting, in looking thru many of the HVX inkbleed photos, HVX doesn't seem to take the affected
tissue all the way to dead or browning like in your photo. Edema and other leaf ailments do, but
HVX doesn't seem to. Interesting.
