FYI on Heuchera Seeds

Post by LucyGoose »

Phillis had sent me heuchera seeds two years ago, and I didn't use the whole packet.....The half that I had left stayed in the fridge.....I planted them on the 9th of this month, and I have a bunch a babies.

I just thought I'd let Phillis and everyone know, they still germinated. :D

Here I am, and thanks, Lucygoose for the info re: year-old heuchera seeds. I have a ton of them left, after having sown twelve seed containers (all of which are germinating like mad), and I was wondering if the leftover seeds would be good for another year. Thanks for letting me know. Phyllis

YOu're welcome -- I have about ten pans of heucheras growing right now, and they're all coming up like weeds! Phyllis
