Heucherella Dayglow Pink?

Post by shadylanejewel »

Anyone have this one?

I'm pretty sure what I bought labeled Tiarella Spring Symphony is really Heucherella Dayglow Pink.

What's your opinion?

Definitely NOT Spring Symphony. Wow, that is a bright pink!

The flowers do look like a heucherella. I haven't grown Dayglow pink but if that's what it looks like I might have to try it :)

Yes Chris they are really that "bright pink" - just gorgeous. I usually stay away from patented plants but these really grabbed my attention and they were not only covered with flowers but covered with flower buds. Should bloom for quite a long time.

Here's my Dayglow Pink, though I don't have a photo of it in bloom. I'll try to get a pix of it blooming to post for you.

From last year I remember Dayglow Pink to have bright pink flowers, but more PINK and not with that purplish tone that your picture shows. Anyhow, every digital camera is different and I'd bet that yours is Dayglow Pink.

Chris - I think you'll like it a lot, it's a really nice plant and does really well for me :)

My digital camera does add purple tones that aren't there.

The flowers are a true bright bright pink.

Hey Julie, I was at a local nursery today and they had both Tiarella Spring Symphony and Heucherella Dayglow Pink. It's definitely Dayglow Pink. Hope this helps...

Heucherella Dayglow Pink is wonderful. Not only is it a bright beacon but it seems to bloom forever.

Let us know when those Dayglo Pinks come in, Chris. I had one early on, but I lost it and I just gotta have another.
