I've only heard of Palace Purple. It was the 1st on the market [that I'm aware of] with foliage that wasn't green, and the foliage will look different depending on what lighting conditions it's in.
'Palace Purple' is the official name, but it's frequently seen (though less so, recently) with the name switched. "Purple Palace" rolls off the tongue more easily, and I think a lot of people just learned it this way.
