Hi All--Today's variety, Fragrant Bouquet, has been gracing out garden since 1995. It has a good growth rate, attractive foliage and, yes, fragrant blossoms. It is the parent of Guacamole, which by itself would make this plant noteworthy. Growing in a spot that gets as much as 3 hours of mid-summer sun, it's size had stabilized in the area of 58x24. Zilis lists it at 48x22. Like most hosta varieties, it benefits from slug protection.

This is one of the fragrants I don't have. I have Fragrant Dream and Fragrant King that are about similar to FB.

Nice plants, with very good growth rate , just like most of the Fragrants.

It truly is!! Reminds me of the water lilies here on the lake...not as strong a fragrance, but memories of rowing a boat w/ my grandmother to the lily pads abound when I'd get a scent of these....

Another one I had to leave at home....

This is one of very few hostas in my garden that hasn't been ate up by cutworms

so I have pic to add!

And it's beautiful!!!

Beautiful plant! I moved mine this year because it was just languishing where it was . . . I'm waiting for mine to look like yours!!
