Hi All--Yesterday I talked about Dream Weaver/Thunderbolt and how, for some of us at least, it is impossible to tell them apart. That certainly is not a problem with today's variety, Praying Hands. Its not very often that something really different comes along in the world of hostas but Praying Hands meets that test. Its unruly, upright, twisted leaves are like nothing else that I have seen. It often draws comments from visitors. I bought the plant in 2003. Since then its measurements have been 8x4, 14x12, 16x13, 17x13 and 23x16. The registration size is given as 16x14. I have it growing in a spot that gets up to 5 or 6 hours of afternoon sun. So far, slugs have not bothered it.

Hi Hank!!
I love my PH's this year!! I think it might even be a tad bigger that yours....I need to get is's picture, as it is in bloom too....It sure is cool looking now that it is older....I can't think if I have had this one 2 or 3 years....I am terrible with remembering that stuff.....I was supposed to take a picture of my Ice Ace Trail, too.....I am so bad!
Thanks Hank for the POD's!!!
