Xanadu Paisley

Post by jerry_br »

Here are couple of pictures of Xanadu Paisley that I just received. Please excuse the dirt and backround noise.

Regards
Jerry

So, do the brownish show up now as a result of a long hot summer, or is this an 'always' look? It's interesting. did you use a flash? I'm just feeling like it needs different lighting to get the real effect or something ? Is it me? I've never seen this one before but curious. :D

The brown is from Brian and Virginia's water. It's iron stains :-).. I use to get them at the farm we lived at before from all the iron in the well water

Looked it up in the Hosta Library and it looks very nice when grown up!

I think part of the brown is just plain dirt, I guess I should have washed it before taking the picture. Some is also from hard water and end of summer "wear and tear" I would guess.

Well, I went to the hosta Library, took a look and still can't decide if I like it. I rather like the pics posted here better than those on the library, but it just hits me funny. Not sure what that means myself really. Still interesting. :D

I guess I would have to say that it looks too similar to HVX for me to fall in love with it... :(
